We are seeking a sales driven Luxury Personal Cruise Consultant to join a successful elite cruise company based in London.

We would consider sales driven professionals with a passion for travel seeking a career in the travel industry as training is provided. This exciting opportunity is also ideal for a cruise sales professional from a tour operator or travel agent or one who has worked on board cruises, seeking career development and the opportunity to earn a very healthy commission. Fun and friendly team in a great part of London, hybrid working model.

You will join a high-performance team generating revenue by closing cruise sales from past guests and other sources. 

Sales experience is a must who are confident, positive, passionate and looking for a new challenge in the luxury travel industry. Highly generous commission structure offered as soon as the booking is made along with career development with a fun and friendly team. 

Luxury Personal Cruise Consultant Duties:

  • Building long-term relationships with luxury cruise customers.
  • Acquire and maintain in depth industry and cruise knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, onboard credits.
  • Provide information to assist to guests about the Cruises ships, destinations, and itineraries.
  • Selling luxury Cruises across the globe, utilizing knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Making recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as suite upgrades, travel protection, special requests.

Essential Requirements:

  • Passion for travel & cruise with strong sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone etiquette,
  • English and any other additional language is a bonus.
  • Ability to establish quality customer relationships by delivering superior customer service, establishing rapport, identifying, and meeting customer needs and expectations.

The role is a hybrid working model based in London, Monday to Friday office hours. 4 days office based, 1 day from home.
