We are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Villa Travel Sales Consultant to join a private bespoke travel company that offers villas across Europe, Africa and beyond. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel sales professional from a tour operator or travel agent background with strong villa knowledge seeking career progression and a rewarding career. Generous commission is on offer along with the opportunity to work with a fun and friendly team.

Mediterranean Villa Travel Consultant Duties:

  • Arranging luxury villas across Europe, Africa and beyond for clients whilst offering excellent customer service.
  • Building professionally secure and engaging relationship with villa owners.
  • Working to nurture relationships with a pro-active attitude to ensure clients book again.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new and established clients.
  • Collecting all relevant information from clients to ensure that the property we offer matches their requirements.
  • Ensuring that product knowledge is constantly kept up to date. This knowledge includes the villas themselves, the services experiences available and the areas in which they are located.
  • Collaborating with and sharing knowledge with team members to help build and update the Villa Specialists’ team shared information.
  • Participating in regular familiarisation trips to ensure product and location knowledge is up-to-date.

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in luxury villa sales from a tour operator or travel agent background is essential.
  • Creative thinker with a genuine passion for luxury travel.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Extra languages a bonus but not essential.
