We are recruiting a new Sales Team Leader to join our growing Sales team in Bristol (UK) on either an in-office or hybrid basis from January/February 2024.
As a Sales Team Leader, you will maximise the performance of your team of up to 7 Travel Consultants, driving them to hit individual and team sales targets following our “ITG Sales as Service” approach. You’ll coach, inspire, guide and motivate your team to get the most out of every individual, supporting them to hone their sales skills, deepen their destination knowledge and excel at customer service. You’ll work in close partnership with the other Sales Team Leaders within the branch under the leadership of the Branch Sales Manager.
We are looking for Team Leaders who are passionate about sales and the delivery of exemplary customer service, able to demonstrate experience of leadership skills within the travel industry. First-hand knowledge of our destinations is beneficial but not essential.
