Due to continued growth, we are collaborating with our client who offers tailored trips throughout Asia who are now seeking an experienced Asia Travel Specialist to join their team.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven travel agent or tour operator professional with good knowledge of Asia.

Asia Travel Specialist Duties:

  • Crafting and selling a range of trips across Asia including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, plus many more iconic destinations.
  • Identifying and meeting customers’ needs by providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Support website maintenance & development to ensure products are marketed professionally and effectively
  • Support social media campaigns to promote offers, generate customer engagement and sales leads
  • Assist with development of tours, coordinating with overseas suppliers and UK organisations.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in travelling and selling Southeast Asian destinations within a tour operator, in particular Indonesia.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook). A pleasant telephone manner is essential and the ability to create well worded emails.
  • Attention to detail is vital, as is the ability to follow through with all aspects of the holiday arrangements once a sale is confirmed.


  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
