We are currently seeking a dynamic individual fluent in German to join our Travel team at Ten. As a Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in catering to the leisure travel needs of our esteemed high-net-worth clientele. This involves crafting intricate, flight-inclusive itineraries spanning multiple global destinations. We're on the lookout for top-tier talent who share our passion for travel and luxury, and who thrive in a globally diverse environment characterized by a robust team ethos.

In this role, you'll excel in building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their teams, leveraging your understanding of the factors influencing their purchasing decisions. Your dedication to delivering flawless, elite-level service will be instrumental in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our valued clients.

With your exemplary customer service prowess, meticulous attention to detail, astute commercial acumen, adept utilization of travel research and booking technology, and unwavering passion for travel, you'll drive exceptional member satisfaction, bolster supplier revenue, and foster repeat engagement with Ten across various travel and business-related endeavors.

Your Profile:

  • You have excellent language skills in professional German and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework).
  • Ability to speak an additional language such as French or Italian of advantage
  • have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
  • have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
  • have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
  • have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
  • are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
  • have strong communication skills
  • value exceptional service and live by this motto
  • are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week)
  • Flexibility : ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 08:00-20:00 GMT shift either Sunday to Thursday /or Tuesday to Saturday.

 

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:

  • Located in the United Kingdom
  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
  • Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
