Working for a well established and highly regarded specialist B2C Tour Operator, the Head of Sales will be responsible for delivering high-value sales and outstanding personal service to clients, through a team of tailor-made travel specialists.
Managing and motivating the team to maximize sales from initial leads through to closing the sale and ensuring clients have fantastic holidays so they come back time and time again. As the Head of Sales, you will be a hands-on leader and take personal responsibility for the sales team’s performance.
Working closely with Operations and Product to continue to develop product knowledge, lead recruitment initiatives and onboarding and ongoing development.
You’ll have a personal passion for luxury, experiential travel and a natural empathy with clients, as well as experience managing and delivering high-touch customer service through your team. Strong destination and product knowledge, either gained from working in destination or for a luxury tour operator is required.
Commercially focused, you’ll own the sales performance, using data to identify opportunities, have a strong attention to details and be all across the numbers, trading and sales results.
