Role & Responsibilities:

•    Proactively develop, manage, motivate and support a team of Cruise Connoisseurs, to include but not limited to:

          -    Setting smart targets to ensure personal and company goals are achieved.

          -    Regular 1-2- 1’s

          -    Welfare support

          -    Performance management

•    Support the Sales and Operations Director with managing the overall company sales strategy to ensure we fulfil our promise in delivering world class service. This will include but not be limited to:

          -    Manage Contact Centre processes to support the customer journey.

          -    Manage a Sales through service strategy to ensure maximum profit is achieved.

•    Assist with recruiting and onboarding new Cruise Connoisseurs.

•    Ensure lead allocation is fast and efficient in accordance with company strategy.

•    Be aware of the latest trends and product launches in the travel industry.

•     Attend industry enrichment events and overseas product experience trips

Qualifications and Education Requirements

All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience selling luxury cruise products.

Preferred Skills

•    Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the travel and cruise industry

•    Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude

•    Excellent attention to detail

•    A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

•    A solid understanding of basic mathematics

•    Well-travelled individuals who have a good working knowledge of cruise destinations on all 7 continents

•    Customer focused with a relentless approach to providing our customers with a world class pre and post booking experience

•    An innovative and creative individual

•    A flexible individual who can work in a small team

•    Applicants who have a proven track record of selling luxury cruises

•    Experience in managing a remote team.

•    Applicants who have a proven track record of managing a sales team.
