Dutch speaking business development manager? Do you want to be part of the UK's largest corporate Travel Management Company, serving charities, humanitarian organisations, non-profits, and academic institutions whose employees and volunteers travel the world to make a positive difference? Then this is the job for you! My client is looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Business Development Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for delivering a complete pipeline solution to meet budgeted revenue and margin targets set for their pipeline through the delivery of effective prospecting growth, long-term partnership development, and engagement plans.

This is a remote role, you need to speak Dutch and live in the UK with rights to work.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying and delivering customer solutions that build long term partnership opportunities
  • Delivering the Digital 1st strategy, for example Online Booking and Workflow Solutions
  • Investigating industry trends and customer data to identify new prospects and revenue streams
  • Targeting product mix changes that maximise on pipeline opportunities and new revenue
  • Active engagement with decision makers and influencers users across the target organisation
  • Reviewing the prospect profitability as part of the pipeline quality development

What you will have:

  • Travel industry experience in a similar role. Foreign language skills (Dutch)
  • Keen to drive business performance, successful customer solutions, and personal success
  • Commercially focused and looking to lead success across a substantial portfolio of prospects
  • Focused on finding solutions to direct commercial benefit to the company and your performance
  • Thrive in developing long-term sustainable partnerships that prospects can see clear benefit from
  • Strategically minded and can apply strategies that ensure your key performance indicators are exceeded
  • Getting a buzz from delivering collaborative solutions and working cross-functionally with peers
  • Highly organised and structured, can develop a clear action plan and drive it to conclusion
  • Fact oriented and able to test your assumptions with data and facts
  • Able to build credibility and influence others including being able to manage senior customers

Desirable:

  • Evidenced success in a business development role
  • Great process and customer knowledge
  • Deep understanding of our tech landscape and how we use technology
  • A willingness to learn and try new things
  • Excellent analytical skills and are highly data driven
  • Experience in collaboration with and coaching others to continuously improve performance
  • Experience working across cultures and with remote teams
