Job Description:
Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our hotel representation company. This role will involve driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our portfolio of hotels and resorts to tour operators, travel agents, online travel platforms and direct consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing ideally within the hospitality industry (not essential), with a proven track record of achieving targets and building strong relationships with key partners and stake holders.
Our portfolio is global with a particular foothold in the Caribbean and USA. We are rapidly expanding in Asia, the Indian Ocean and beyond.
With over 23 years in business, we have led the way in technology and revolutionised the world of representation. We are responsible for all aspects of the hotel commercials, reservations, operations, PR and promotion.

Sales & Administration:
Support and develop our sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our hotel portfolio.
Implement the strategy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and other potential partners.
Conduct sales presentations and site visits to showcase the unique features and amenities of our hotel portfolio.
Support the negotiation of contracts, rates, and terms of agreements to secure business and maximize profitability.
Manage our technology platform to create contracts and commercial agreements. Test our API and deliver our seamless XML reservations to the trade and consumers.
Maintain all aspects of our administrational processes.

Marketing:
Work closely with our Account Directors and marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive demand.
Support the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to showcase our hotels and attract potential clients.
Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and generate leads.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Client Relationship Management:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not essential).
Serve as one of the primary point of contacts for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, reservations, and revenue management, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
External meetings, tradeshow, agent training, events and overseas travel are an essential component of the role.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the hospitality industry.
Gather and analyse data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Develop insights and recommendations based on market research findings to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, preferred but not essential.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Numerate, attention to detail.
Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
