Amazing opportunity for a positive Business travel consultant to join our team, the role will be looking after our Concierge/Meeting/Events services with existing Business Travel Clients. Part of the role you must be able to handle all group, event, conference requests and anything of a more bespoke nature to compliment and assist the business travel team.

The Job:
* Book group flights using various airline systems.
* Co-ordinated travel - individual bookings to get travelers to/ from a conference or event.
* Block hotel bookings including room management.
* Meeting room hire with and without accommodation.
* Conferences
* Team-building experiences through a number of suppliers and sources
* Private dinners in hotels and restaurants including Christmas parties or company summer BBQ's.
* Incentive reward travel
* Be able to work in excel to a reasonable level to provide spreadsheets/report to clients for an event.
* Be able to manage and maintain the meetings Outlook mailbox alongside your own mailbox.
* Demonstrate a good working method which proves prioritisation and organisation of workflow is understood.
* Invoice out Hotel, Car and Ancillary billbacks.
* Ensure all your back-office reject queues are cleared with supervision from a line manager or senior consultant.
* Undertake any admin jobs as directed by your line manager.
* To understand and work within the agreed Service Level Agreements for our individual client base.
Skills Required:
* Minimum of 1 years Business Travel or Leisure experience in a Trainee or Consultant role
* Working knowledge of a GDS - Preferred Sabre
* Experience of Microsoft Word/Excel
* Knowledge of a Back-office system

* Starting salary £28,000 plus performance related bonus
