Amazing opportunity for a positive After Sales Consultant to join our Team . Suitable candidates would have familiarity with the destinations in our programme and have a real passion for sharing their knowledge with our valued clients. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with outstanding communication skills. Confidence on the telephone is a must.
The Job:
* Effectively handle a wide range of customer queries and changes, ensuring an outstanding client experience from beginning to end.
* Working with hotels and airlines to support customers looking to change their holidays.
* Deliver post-booking information and documentation for clients across all travel destinations.
* Provide in-resort support for customers, liaising with suppliers to ensure each holiday goes above and beyond for every client.
* Calmly handle emergencies including natural disasters and/or airline strikes, informing and supporting customers throughout
* Cross-check client bookings to ensure there are no issues ahead of their trip.
* Assist in handling change, upgrade and add-on requests where required.

Skills Required:
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Good understanding of the English language both oral and written
* Numerate
* Prior Sales experience is a huge advantage.
* Good computer skills.
* Ability to multi-task
* A strong service ethic
* Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality

The Package:
* Salary £23,000 - £30,000 subject to proven experience + Attractive Annual Bonus Scheme and Quarterly Bonus Scheme OTE £3,000 plus basic.

* We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5.30pm. An early shift is 9am to 5.30pm and a late shift is 1030am to 7pm. Shifts are based on working on average 2 lates a week and 2 weekend days in a 4-week period. Early shifts are office based in East Grinstead; late shifts are remote working from home. A rosta with shifts will be provided.
