We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Coordinator to join a highly successful luxury travel company, office based.

Travel Sales Coordinator Duties:

  • Manage incoming travel sales leads received by the Company via the Company’s website, email or telephone, with the objective of maximising the number of confirmed bookings and revenues whilst complying with the Company’s rules and policies on procedures, terms & conditions and pricing.
  • Assist in maintaining the in-house reservation system with product loading, pricing, itineraries and inventory.
  • Assist the Customer Services team with pre-travel queries from clients by email and phone.
  • Assist the Customer Services team with handling feedback post travel.


Travel Sales Coordinator – Essential Requirements:

To be considered for the Travel Sales Coordinator the applicant must have previous experience in an office environment working with sales and customer service with excellent written skills, in or out the travel industry.  Good computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) are required together with a pleasant telephone manner.
