Our client is the ultimate tailor-made holiday company, offering luxury, bespoke travel itineraries using their unique blend of first-hand destination expertise, services, and superb relationships with their carefully selected travel partners.

They’re now looking for experienced, Tailor-made Travel Consultants to join their growing team and successful candidates will provide personalised and exceptional travel experiences to clients, creating bespoke itineraries that reflect the individual interests of each client, selecting the most suitable flights, accommodations, and activities to ensure a memorable and fulfilling travel experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for travel industry sales professionals with strong experience in worldwide, tailor-made travel and our client can offer fully homebased working, a competitive salary of £30k plus excellent commission structure and other great travel industry benefits.

Role of Tailor-made Travel Consultant:

  • Building strong and lasting relationships with clients by engaging in detailed conversations to understand their travel preferences and desires.
  • Crafting detailed, accurate, and high-quality travel itineraries that are tailored to meet the specific interests and preferences of each client.
  • Selecting appropriate flights, accommodations, excursions, and activities that align with clients’ preferences and expectations, ensuring a personalised and memorable travel experience.
  • Utilising effective sales techniques and communication methods to convert client enquiries into bookings.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process, from initial enquiry to post-travel follow-up.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assurance to clients, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from start to finish.

Skills required for the role:

  • Proven experience, minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • In depth travel industry product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
  • Passion for travel and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
