If you're an experienced Cruise Sales Consultant looking for a fully homebased opportunity offering excellent working hours and the chance to concentrate on sales, we have the perfect role for you!

Joining a growing cruise sales specialist, this is your chance to utilise your cruise industry knowledge, sales and customer service skills in a role which offers:

  • A competitive basic salary & uncapped earning potential
  • A great work/life balance - no Sundays (Mar - Dec) and Saturdays until 5.30pm on a rota basis
  • No late nights - shifts finish at either 5.30pm or 7pm
  • Unlimited, high-quality enquiries
  • Professional, user-friendly systems
  • A large database of repeat customers and an excellent reputation within the cruise sector
  • No admin or customer service calls, so you can concentrate on what you do best - selling!

All our client asks is that you have previous experience of selling cruise holidays, along with strong sales skills and the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.

Role of Cruise Sales Consultant:

  • Responding to cruise sales enquiries from new and repeat customers
  • Selling a wide selling of ocean and river cruises
  • Tailor-making cruise holidays by adding flights, hotel stays and land tours
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, encouraging repeat customers and building your own customer database
  • Achieving sales, conversion, and productivity targets
  • Using your personal travel and cruise knowledge and experience to ensure your customers find the right product and experience their perfect cruise holiday!

Skills required for the role:

  • A high level of customer care and sales experience gained within the cruise sector - essential
  • Passion and enthusiasm for cruising, personal cruise experience is an advantage
  • Experience of using online cruise booking tools
  • Pro-active and motivated approach to sales
  • Customer focused with excellent attention to detail
