PURPOSE OF ROLE

As a key contributor within the Flexible Autos team we are looking for a customer-focused, efficient and pro-active Sales Support Executive to support our trade (travel agent) partners. Offering the ability to deliver outstanding and enthusiastic support at all times to grow Flexible Autos sales & revenues. 
This role will involve demonstrating excellent customer service, administrative and organisational capabilities to grow and develop trade business and support the field-based team.
The role will involve daily contact with travel agents and industry partners to support and grow our relationships with existing trade accounts including conducting daily activities in a timely fashion to deliver a highly efficient service. Role requires flexibility, as requirement may be needed to support other departments in the business during busy periods. 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and dynamic travel business.  
The successful candidate will work alongside the Sales Support Manager as a member of the Trade Sales team to provide support to our trade partners (travel agents) and the Trade Sales Team. 
A professional, friendly and productive manner and an innovative approach is essential for this role.  The successful candidate will be responsible for –
•    Efficient and timely answering of phones & responding to emails from the trade agents into the sales support inbox
•    Setting up new agent applications and communicating out to them
•    Identify & resolve any agent concerns or queries raised
•    Support the trade sales team by running any reports required
•    Support the trade sales team with the trade incentives
•    Working with the Sales Support Manager to assist with any customer service complaints where required
•    Helping with any admin issues raised by the Sales Support Manager
•    Supporting the business in other departments including Reservations if needed when busy

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Essential

•    Educated to minimum GCSE Standard or equivalent. 

SPECIALIST/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, APTITUDE

•    Proven organisational skills
•    Analytical and reporting skills
•    Ability to show initiative
•    Ability to cope and adapt with the demands of significantly fast change

•    Articulate, numerate and good IT skills
•    Excel skills  

EXPERIENCE

Desirable
•    Knowledge of travel agency groups / consortia’s
