We are seeking an experienced Travel Reservation Executive to join a highly successful travel company, office based role in London.

Our client offers a range of travel services, corporate and leisure along with events to clients with a great reputation in the industry.

This exciting role is ideal for a travel consultant from a tour operator or travel agent, a reservations professional from a hotel or a business travel consultant seeking career progression and something a little different.

Each day will not be the same – Travel Reservation Executive duties includes

  • Reservation agents would be required to communicate with clients through email or calls to respond to enquiries from customers looking to make travel bookings.
  • Discussing travel options with customers and making reservations for them at various destinations.
  • Answer questions, provide a range of travel options and use sales techniques to encourage customers to make a booking.
  • Making hotel bookings and searching for hotel availability and presenting customers with a range of options for their desired destination and dates of travel.
  • Asking questions to customers to determine their demands and requirements and search for hotels that fulfil their criteria, including budget, facilities, accessibility and location.
  • Produce a complete travel itinerary for customers, which outlines each step of the trip and provides all the necessary details for each booking.
  • Negotiate a rates with hotels along with up selling travel extras with clients.
  • Working on upgrades, special requirements as well as making clients special by leaving welcome gifts and notes for client.

Travel Reservation Executive – Essential Requirements:

  • The role requires providing excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Impeccable sales techniques from a travel agent, tour operator or hotel reservations background.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • European language is preferable but not necessary. 

Lucrative salary and commission is on offer, Monday to Friday office hours based in the office, career growth and many other perks are on offer.
