Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Business Engagement Executive for South-West England and Wales. This new role will aid the development of retail sales in support of our team strategy and to our retail partners. 
Playing a pivotal role in our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing retail agent relationships while driving sales growth. This position requires a dynamic individual with an understanding of the retail network, fantastic communication skills, approachability, a strong sales background, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The position is mainly field based, with occasional days from home and at our Head Office in Birmingham city centre.

Key Responsibilities
• Nurturing existing B2B relationships with agents to encourage sales growth through regular face to 
face visits.
• Seeking out new B2B opportunities through research.
• Providing data and insight feedback to the head of retail on a regular basis.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on our website, products, and ticket destinations; ensuring agents are aware of key USP’s.
• Act as a point of contact for agents and direct queries to the relevant departments to ensure high level of service maintained.
• Achieve required deadlines and KPI’s as outlined by the head of retail.

Account Industry Engagement
• Participate in key account conferences/meetings/events as required (UK/Overseas)
• Attend industry events as ambassador for Attraction World
• Engage with key product suppliers regularly to keep abreast of developments. 

Essential Experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Strong sales skills.
• Flexible in their approach and able to work remotely.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and internal reporting and booking systems.
• Strong understanding of the UK Travel Trade with minimum 3 years-experience.

• Full clean drivers license essential.
