What we are looking for:
•    At least 2 years proven Travel Industry ABTA experience is essential.
•    Similar experience in a customer service role within the Travel Industry
•    Proficient in travel booking and back-office systems. (TARSC/ATCOM/INSPIRETEC would be beneficial)
•    A positive, passionate, confident, and determined attitude
•    PC Literate – knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
•    Proactive and conscientious with an eye for detail
•    The ability to deal with confrontation and expertise in issue resolution
•    Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•    Suitable environment to work from home 

Schedule: 
•    Full time
•    Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30
•    Required to work 1 Saturday in 3
•    Saturday - 9:00 to 17:30
•    Home-based with occasional office visits in Manchester
