Customer Operations Consultant

Fluent Spanish or Portuguese Speaker for a Travel & Customer Care Executive, within an established, yet still growing DMC in Edinburgh (hybrid working available after probation). If you have a years' experience within inbound tour operator and speak fluent English and either Spanish & Portuguese, this is a great chance to join a company that can realistically develop your career making it an excellent long-term prospect for growth and development. Working in a varied role with suppliers and Tour Operators in the Spanish and South American markets, you will handle the booking and operation of group tours in Scotland. With a starting salary dependent on experience but up to £29k pa plus benefits, this is a lovely opportunity for a passionate individual.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* To build and maintain a great working relationship with your clients & suppliers
* To improve and update your product knowledge
* To assume responsibility for your clients' bookings and operation of the tour.
* To calculate technical timings and all logistical aspects of the tour
* Provide Excellent customer service to our Tour Operator clients and their customers'
* Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as directed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will have previous experience working for a destination management company or tour operator which deals with the UK & Scotland, and you will be fluent in English and also wither Spanish or Portuguese (or both!). You will be comfortable dealing B2B, with good relationship building and excellent organisation skills.

THE PACKAGE:
Starting salary is very much dependent on experience, but in the region of £25k pa £29k pa. Additionally there are 22 days holidays (plus your birthday off) rising to 24. Private healthcare, medical insurance and additional bonus and benefits
