Senior Operations Executive

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join their dedicated team on a fully remote basis. Position: Senior Operations Executive

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £30,000 plus performance bonus

Responsibilities as a Senior Operations Executive:

• Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales initiatives and deliver top-notch customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize operational processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness in resort.
• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals and smooth operations.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork and reports related to resort operations as requested.
• Marketing & Business Development: Work with the team to Identify marketing and business development opportunities. Collaborate with your line manager to implement innovative ideas to drive business growth.
• Miscellaneous Duties: Perform any other reasonable duties as requested to support the team and enhance the overall operations.

Requirements as a Senior Operations Executive:

• Proven experience in sales, operations, and customer service.
• Proficiency with travel systems and websites.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• Keen eye for identifying marketing and business development opportunities.
• Flexibility to undertake various duties as needed.
• Ski Industry experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Resort management experience would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not essential.
• Availability to work Mon-Fri during the Summer trading season.
• Willingness to work most weekends during the busy Winter Ski season with days off during the week.
