As our Duty Office Duty Manager, you will proactively monitor and lead the 24-hour Jet2holidays real-time operation, offering solution-based support to ensure excellent service, and adherence to standards, policies, and company obligations. This role involves the end-to-end management of incidents, including escalation to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with relevant departments within the company and provide training where necessary to maintain high operational standards.
This role has a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off. Mixture of early shifts at our Holiday House office and late/night shifts working from home.

What will you do in the role?
Our Duty Office Duty Manager will work closely with several internal stakeholders to anticipate and accurately plan any operational disruption. Other key responsibilities will include: -
• Lead the escalation process within the Overseas Operations Team and ensure that all Overseas Operations and Company policies and procedures are managed and followed.
• Produce management information and regular reports on operational performance and incident resolution. Data drives our business decisions and so this will form an important element to your day-to-day duties.
• Support both internal and external stakeholder relationships in providing day to day guidance and subject matter expert support on overseas operations ensuring we continue to deliver industry leading service to our customers.
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
Our Duty Office Duty Manager will have significant experience in a customer focused or operational role in a Tour Operator or Airline. You will also: -
• Be calm and reliable under pressure, making clear and confident decisions in challenging circumstances.
• Be analytical and detail orientated, able to understand a situation and consider your response quickly.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team from the front.
• Ideally, you will have experience working overseas and an in-depth knowledge of industry regulations relating to areas such as ABTA, Package holidays and Airline Operations.
