AVIATION EXECUTIVE

Aviation Executive: This online travel company are looking for a Galileo expert to work within their aviation department.

Aviation Executive, Responsibilities:
- To ensure flight bookings and queries are dealt with in a cost effective and efficient manner in order to help Products, Sales and Customer Support.
- Booking, confirming and issuing tickets for any Galileo bookings on a daily bases
- Keeping track of and booking Out of system Range bookings for Groups on Galileo. Updating individual HTR files with details and actual costing once booked, and logging any losses for extra margins created.

Aviation Executive, Skills Required:
- Strong previous experience and ability to use a GDS is essential
- Understanding of airline contracts/processes
- Previous working experience within travel.

Additional Information:
- Paying £25-27k
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30 - but flexibility with hours required
- Based in Swindon - 4 days in office 1 from home
