Indian Subcontinent and Middle East Sales Team Leader - Required for this prestigious luxury travel company based in London. Sales leadership experience in travel is essential, ideally with in depth knowledge of these specialist regions salary circa 42k OTE up to 60k max plus great benefits.

Indian Subcontinent and Middle East Sales Team Leader duties:
-Hybrid, looking after an experienced luxury sales team of 6 people
-Helping the team achieve sales targets through mentoring, training, regular 1-2-1s etc
-Cultivate a collaborative and competitive environment where everyone thrives
-Recognise and reward top performers
-Implement innovative incentives and team building activities
-Continuous training, learning and development
-Help organise regular fam trips

Indian Subcontinent and Middle East Sales Team Leader skills required
-Sales management/Team leader experience in the travel industry, ideally within luxury travel
-Ideally knowledge of India, but this is not a must
-Able to work on a hybrid basis
-Proven experience of working with a team and increasing sales

Additional information
-Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
-Great benefits including 25 days holidays, fantastic bonus scheme, between 10/18k
