What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating Tailor-Made Itineraries: Speak with our direct customers and travel agents to craft custom and exciting holiday plans.
• Sales and Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up on sales leads and consistently work towards exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Understanding: Use our ‘Sales Framework’ to fully comprehend our customers’ needs and offer the best overall experience.
• Booking Holidays: Use a variety of systems to book all elements of our customers' holidays.
• Driving Business: Continuously seek sales opportunities and work to ensure repeat business.
• Customer Service: Manage customer queries and service throughout the entire holiday lifecycle, from pre-departure to post-return.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Well-Travelled: A passion for understanding our destinations and products.
• Sales-Driven: Previous sales experience preferred; a real hunger for closing the sale is essential.
• Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing outstanding service to enhance customer enjoyment.
• Excellent Communicator: Superb telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organised and Flexible: Ability to prioritise workload, show pace and adapt quickly.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate grammar and numerical skills
• Motivated and Enthusiastic: A ‘can do’ demeanour and a passion for delivering excellent sales and service.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• GDS Experience: Familiarity with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus is a plus.
Availability
37.5 hours across Monday to Saturday - 09:00 - 17:30 (c. 2 Saturdays a month and some Sunday working during peak season). Hybrid working from our Crawley office, every Tuesday, and every Monday and Tuesday at the beginning of each month.
