Group flights consultant

Flights consultant - Corporate travel Required for this expanding TMC. You will be working in the Events team booking worldwide flights both individual and groups using sabre. Hybrid office in London , salary between 32/38k plus fantastic monthly bonus after probation and benefits. They are looking for group flights experience as well as strong sabre knowledge..

Flight consultants - Corporate travels duties
-Overall full project management and coordination of group travel arrangements for up to 1000 passengers and individual flights
-Arranging group travel and logistics for air and rail travel
-Client & delegate liaison, as well as coordination with global teams
-Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective fares for the client while maximizing revenue for the company
-Occasional travel and on-site management when required
-Preparation of proposals, quotations destination feasibility studies and occasional pitching to clients
-Budgeting and project financial management
-Full account reconciliation of projects

Flights consultant - Corporate travel skills required
-Experience in groups flights within a TMC with strong sabre experience
-Excellent organisational skills
-Ideally educated to BA/VA 1 and 2 standards.
-Experienced in handling complex travel programmes
-A good team player but also able to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for own projects
-Adept at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-Very good verbal and written communication skills

-Ideally Hybrid with 2 days on the office in London.
