Aviation Executive

Are you an experienced travel professional who has excellent airfares knowledge within the travel industry? I am currently recruiting for an Aviation Pricing Executive who is experienced in all things flight related. You will have worked on a GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) and the role will be to ensure cost effective and accurate pricing is provided for all packages, plus support Product, Sales & Concierge with all flight related queries. This is an office based or hybrid role located close to Swindon and will pay up to 30k plus excellent company benefits.

THE JOB:

⦁ Update all products with accurate and up to date flight pricing ensuring operational guidelines are adhered to

⦁ Support product with product build, delivering the most competitive flights when inside system range and accurate estimates when outside of range

⦁ Carry out regular product sweeps, validating pricing and checking the air element still works with the package

⦁ Support and align to the Product strategy and define preferred airline partners that fit our global growth strategy

⦁ Assist Concierge delivery by creating manifests, sourcing best flight options, holding flight bookings and cleansing files

⦁ Liaise with airlines to request group seats

⦁ Manage internal relationships with product/sales/operations and delivering on shared goals

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of airline contracts/processes and be GDS trained on either Galileo (preferable), Amadeus, Sabre. You will have Microsoft Office experience and must have worked within the travel industry.

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate with receive a fantastic salary in the region of £27000 - £30000 which is dependent on experience, you can also expect some amazing company benefits which include bonus, pension and medical benefits!
