TSN are delighted to have been awarded a contract with a well-known Luxury hotel brand to provide a UK based call centre solution and are looking to welcome experienced home-based travel industry professionals to join their busy Virtual Call Centre. 

This is an extremely exciting time to join a success driven expanding business and TSN are seeking enthusiastic and customer focused Sales Advisors who are experienced Luxury travel professionals with a passion for delivering sales through exceptional service.

The requirements:

 A minimum of 2 years ABTA (or equivalent) experience of selling Luxury products within the travel industry

• Exceptional sales skills with a desire to succeed
• Proactive approach with interpersonal skills that complement the ability to listen and communicate
• A suitable working environment at home that is free from background noise
• A high-quality broadband connection (speed tests will be required)
• Must be self-motivated, driven and sales focused with a commitment to working a minimum of 25 hours per week
• You will be required to travel overseas to attend training courses and enhance your product knowledge
