Business Travel Consultant

Business Travel Consultant required for an independent Travel Management Company based in Surrey. You will be working on mixed corporate accounts using the Sabre GDS. This is a Monday-Friday role and has a salary up to £35,000 plus commission and annual bonus. The role can either be office based or hybrid

Business Travel Consultant duties:

• Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, rail, hotel, and ground transport using Sabre
• Presenting the best option to the client including searching for a range of fares (Cat35, clients route deals etc)
• Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
• Working to each clients travel policy
• Respond to emails and calls within the clients SLA

Business Travel Consultant skills required:

• Experience in a previous Business Travel role
• Proficient in GDS - preferably Sabee
• Strong worldwide airfares knowledge
• Experience with ticketing, refunds etc
• Excellent customer service skills
