Our client is an award winning, dynamic and forward thinking tour operator that offer inspiring & bespoke tailormade holidays. Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking experienced and passionate Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator to join their busy team. This well-known tour operator offers various holiday types from adventure to luxury with a great reputation in the industry.

This exciting role is ideal for a travel graduate or a travel professional with sales support, administration and customer service experience. Career progression, travel benefits, commission, fun working team and many other perks are on offer.

Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator Duties:

  • Confirm holiday bookings and services for the Travel Consultants
  • Send all holiday confirmation documentations and ensure booking detail is correct before operations commence on the final documentation.
  • Send all relevant information (such as passport details, dietary requirements, birthdays, celebrations) to suppliers.
  • Send updated documents to clients and agents when there has been an associated flight time or date change.
  • Booking of additional travel services and transfers for Travel Consultants.
  • Ensure guides and drivers have all the information required for each respective client travel itinerary.

Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator – Essential Requirements:

  • Travel industry experience is ideal
  • Attention to detail is imperative
  • Exceptional customer service and rapport building.
  • Excellent writing skills and command of English grammar
  • Numerate and data literate
