TSN are delighted to be working with Classic Collection to provide support to their B2B call centre and are looking to welcome experienced home-based travel industry professionals to join their busy Virtual Call Centre. 
 
This is an extremely exciting time to join a rapidly expanding business and TSN are seeking enthusiastic and sales through service focused Advisors who are experienced travel professionals with a passion for delivering sales through exceptional service.

1.    Commission only with uncapped earnings plus an hourly rate for the hours you work

The requirements:
1.    A minimum of 2 years ABTA (or equivalent) experience of selling within the travel industry ideally in a B2B environment building a rapport with Classic Collections travel agent partners.
2.    Proactive approach with interpersonal skills that complement the ability to listen and communicate.
3.    A suitable working environment at home that is free from background noise.
4.    A high-quality broadband connection (speed tests will be required)
5.    Must be self-motivated, energetic, and flexible, with a commitment to working a minimum of 37 hours per week.
