Flights Operations Consultant

Base Salary to £27,000 depending on experience + Bonus and Benefits

Hybrid - South West London

Our client is a fast growing expanding high end bespoke luxury travel company with a focus on high end luxury travel to worldwide destinations.

They are renowned for the offering the highest levels of customer service to clients ensuring the best possible travel booking experience from the beginning of the trip to the end.

They are now recruiting for a Flights Operations Consultant to join their flights team.

This is a pivotal role working closely with the flights team, monitoring booking quality control and offering support to for the Travel Consultants.

Previous travel industry experience is an advantage although our client will consider candidates who have previous administration experience, with an interest in travel who are keen to develop a career within the travel industry will be considered providing they have a stable employment background

This is a hybrid role - South West London.

Flight Operations Consultant Responsibilities:

Quality checking flight bookings in our CRM system

Booking seats and additional flight services in the GDS or supplier website

Booking and confirming airport services; meet & greet, airport lounge,

Providing check-in online services for clients

Becoming experienced with all in-house and external systems

Supporting ticketing staff in the flights team

Flight Operations Executive Experience Required:

High level of organisation and attention to detail

Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry but experience gained within administration in other industries will also be considered

Travel and product knowledge is desirable but not essential

Proven ability to deliver high quality results in a timely fashion

Strong communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Flights Operations Executive Salary and Benefits:

Base salary to £27,000

Company bonus scheme

23 days annual + 8 bank holidays
