Amazing opportunity for a Trainee Business Travel Consultant in Hampshire . As a Trainee Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel solutions to our corporate clients, delivering tailored services that meet their business needs.

The Job:

  • Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transport for corporate clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Learn to manage and handle travel requests and queries through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, travel regulations, and new technology.
  • Work closely with senior consultants to gain valuable knowledge and skills.

Skills Required:

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.
  • No previous experience in business travel required - we're looking for potential and a willingness to learn!
