My client is one of the UK's leading sales companies who are specialists in selling travel to both leisure and business travelers to worldwide destinations.

They are seeking to employ dynamic, self starting money motivated sales consultants who can demonstrate a steady employment record and their achievements in hitting targets.

Travel sales experience is not essential but the ability to develop rapport with clients and close sales is!

As a Travel Super Seller you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

Booking all aspects of travel for leisure and business clients
Up-selling and adding on of ancillary products including car hire, insurance, airport parking, etc…
Proactively developing a client base through good customer service, networking and referrals
Meeting and exceeding set sales and performance targets

Travel Super Sellers remuneration and benefits package:

Basic of £18000 + commission, realistic OTE of £35k uncapped
Lucrative competitive commission structure
25 days holiday
Concessions on holiday offers

Travel Super Sellers Consultant skill attributes:

Previous sales experience working to sales targets/deadlines in a telephone based role
Good telephone manner, rapport and closing skills
Dynamic and self management attributes
IT literate and technologically gifted
Flexibility to shift patterns as the sales operation is open on weekends and bank holidays

There is a 4 week training course which is assessed prior to going live on the sales floor.
